July 6, 2026 Rybickulous Faith Weekly
Shalom, y'all!
Welcome to another edition of Rybickulous Faith Weekly, where we share real stories, real faith, and Rybickulous hope.
This week's episode is one I believe will encourage so many who have quietly struggled with anxiety, trauma, or the pressure to always have it all together. My conversation with Julie Rebboah, MS is filled with biblical truth, practical wisdom, and the reminder that God doesn't leave us stuck in survival mode.
🎙️ New Episode
How Christians Can Overcome Anxiety: Finding God's Peace After Trauma
Featuring Julie Rebboah, MS
What if anxiety wasn't your identity—but a signal that healing is needed?
Julie Rebboah knows firsthand what it feels like to live with childhood trauma, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and constant anxiety. After a life-changing encounter with the Holy Spirit, God began a journey of restoration that eventually led Julie to become a Christian Nervous System Coach and the creator of Biblical Breathwork™.
In this week's episode we discuss:
✔️ How childhood trauma affects our nervous system
✔️ Why anxiety is often a symptom—not our identity
✔️ The difference between living in survival mode and living in God's peace
✔️ "Anxiety asks, What if? Peace asks, What's true?"
✔️ What Biblical Breathwork™ is and how it keeps Christ at the center
✔️ Practical ways to replace fear with God's truth
If you've ever wrestled with anxious thoughts or wondered if healing is truly possible, I pray this conversation reminds you that Jesus still restores what trauma tried to steal.

💙 This Week's Encouragement
One statement from Julie has stayed with me ever since we recorded:
"Anxiety asks, 'What if?' Peace asks, 'What's true?'"
Fear constantly imagines the worst.
Faith remembers God's promises.
Whatever uncertainty you're facing this week, don't let "what if" become louder than God's Word.
Ask yourself:
What is true about God?
He is faithful.
He is present.
He has not abandoned you.
He still brings peace in the middle of storms.
📖 Scripture of the Week
"You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in You."
— Isaiah 26:3 (NIV)
